That benchmark is now significantly raised with the introduction of the Advance HD (High Demand) range by DeVilbiss. Following wide-ranging consultation, Advance is the gun Spray Operators helped design. Above all, sprayers demanded a smaller, lightweight, easier to handle gun to reduce operator fatigue, coupled with high performance atomisation to optimise paint transfer efficiency and spray all of today’s materials, including low, medium, high solids & 2K solvent OR waterborne types.

Advance’s unrivalled high performance is achieved with new design technology utilising high capacity air passages with a separate “balanced” air valve to provide an unrestricted flow of compressed air through the gun body. This “free-breathing” air movement enables the precision-engineered air caps and fluid tips to produce superior atomisation with consistent even distribution throughout the spray pattern. Advance HD is precision built using the best materials and component parts for a guaranteed, reliable, long and durable working life in all industrial markets. The NEW “mid size” spray guns are available with a choice of three types of atomisation technologies to ensure optimum performance on all spray jobs and the guns utilise stainless steel fluid passageways, tips & needles as standard and DeVilbiss also offer a wide choice of Tungsten Carbide and special hardened tips and needles for the toughest industrial applications.
